Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

ZeroDayCops provides tools for network diagnostics, security inspections, and developer utility workflows. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the boundaries and legal requirements governing your use of these services.

2. Authorization Requirement

You may only target network systems, domains, or IP addresses that you own, operate, or have received explicit, written permission to scan or inspect. Executing ports diagnostics, DNS checks, or registration audits against third-party systems without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Activities

Under this policy, you agree not to use our systems or tools to:

  • Initiate, coordinate, or participate in Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
  • Exceed local rate limits or construct scripts to automate high-volume brute-force query attacks.
  • Circumvent access filters, authentication structures, or security blocks.
  • Expose private user credentials or cryptographic payloads gathered without permission.

4. Policy Violations and Enforcement

We monitor tool query metadata for abuse and rate-limit spikes. If a violation is detected:

  • Your source IP address may be blocked from accessing the API routes.
  • Your ZeroDayCops account may be suspended or permanently terminated.
  • We may report unauthorized network scanning activities to relevant internet service providers or law enforcement agencies.
